Please check the followings:

a. Please check the file format of your image or video.
Available file formats are jpeg, gif, png, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pptx, ppt, pdf, odt, ods, rtf, avi,
3g2, mov, mp4, mp2, mpeg, flv, wmv, mp4, wav, aiff, mp3, and midi.

b. Please check the size of your image or video. The maximum allowed size is 100MB.
